The series of Japan Conference on Discrete and Computational Geometry, Graphs, and Games (JCDCG3) has been held annually since 1997, except for 2008 and 2020. The 27th conference CJCDCG3 2025 will be held ON-SITE in Guangzhou, China, on September 12-14, 2025.

September 14, 2025: The schedule for including your paper in the post-conference proceedings, a volume of the CCIS.

September 13, 2025: The fourth version of conference program has been posted (changes highlighted by yellow).

September 11, 2025: Sign-in desk at lobby of Easeland Hotel Guangzhou open starting from September 11. Please sign-in and pick up your name tag before entering the campus (the conference venue).

September 7, 2025: The third version of the collection of extended abstracts and the conference program has been posted.

August 28, 2025:

  1. The second version of the collection of extended abstracts and the conference program has been posted.
  2. The post-conference proceedings of CJCDCGGG 2025 will be published as a volume of the CCIS (Communications in Computer and Information Science) series, published by Springer. The authors, who have registrated the conference and given their presentations, are invited to submit the revised papers for a possible publication. A standard reviewing process will be conducted, and the acceptance percentage for including the papers in this post-conference proceedings is expected to be below 50%. The schedule as well as details on publishing the post-conference proceedings will be announced at the end of the conference (Closing Remarks).

August 21, 2025: A preliminary version of the collection of extended abstracts of CJCDCGGG 2025 has been posted.

August 20, 2025:

  1. A preliminary version of the CJCDCGGG 2025 program has been posted.
  2. From 13:00 to 21:00 on September 11, some students of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies will be in the international terminal of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, so as to help you to take a taxi (From the airport to Easeland Hotel Guangzhou, it costs about 110 RMB). They will hold a small flag of CJCDCGGG 2025. Please try to find them, if needed.

July 12, 2025: The list of accepted talk has been announced. You can revise your submission through the submission link (EasyChair system) before or on July 20, 2025.

July 6, 2025: Registration is now open. Please register by filling the registration form through this link, and pay the registration fee before August 20 for the early registration discount.

Registered participants of the conference can check their registration status on this page.

June 24, 2025: Presentation submission deadline is extended to June 26, 2025, and presentation notification is extended to July 12, 2025.

Submission format: Authors are required to submit an extended abstract of at most 2 pages in a standard 10-point font on A4-paper (in PDF format) through the EasyChair submission system: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cjcdcggg2025

Note: at least one author of every accepted paper has to register and give the presentation on-site.
